Device Info: Basic diagnostic data to help us fix bugs and improve performance.

We use this data solely to make Room8 work for you. For example, linking complaints to your room, grouping orders by hostel, and keeping the marketplace safe for verified students.

3. What We Don't Do

We don't sell your data. Period. We don't show you creepy targeted ads, and we don't share your information with third-party brokers without your explicit consent.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud), primarily in data centers located in India, ensuring rapid access and strict security standards.

5. Your Rights

You own your data. If you ever want to delete your account or request a copy of your information, just shoot us an email. We'll handle it swiftly.
